Challenge
The facilities of Brown Academy provides a unique challenge as it’s a collection of aged and historic facilities, which requires a particular careful cleaning process.
Aside from the challenge of maintaining a historic facility, Brown Academy wanted to create and execute on a cleaning plan that would avoid interference with students class schedule across multiple facilities, and eliminate idle time of the cleaning crew in order to ensure efficiency, highest health and safety standards, and minimize cost.
Solution
Cleaning is carefully planned to not interfere with classes, so Universal created a custom cleaning plan that would plan cleaning of each area in accordance with class schedules, across multiple buildings.
